You are entitled to a full refund (excluding shipping costs) if you return the product within 14 days of the date on your receipt, provided it was purchased directly from the Erica Synths web shop and does not meet your expectations. Note that direct exchanges are not possible; you must complete a return and place a new order. Crucially, before returning any product for a refund, repair, or exchange, you must first create a support ticket via our support system and wait for our team to provide you with specific shipping and return instructions. All products purchased from the Erica Synths web shop or authorized retailers are covered by a 2-year warranty starting from the date you received the product. This warranty covers manufacturing faults. If the product was bought from a retailer, please contact them first. Defects resulting from incorrect handling, improper setup (e.g., reverse polarity power, static damage, liquid damage) and second-hand units are not covered by warranty. Out-of-warranty repairs will be subject to a repair fee, which is a minimum of 50 EUR/h plus parts and shipping and a quote will always be agreed upon with you prior to any repair work starting.
