Napalm kit broken- too noisy
Whenever I select the Napalm kit my unit starts self oscillating.
This is expected behaviour - the Napalm kit is a heavily overdriven, feedbacked kit by design. Your LXR is working as it should.
- You can edit the parameters of the Napalm kit voices and save it as a new kit if you want to reduce the amount of feedback. Press SHIFT + FX (the 15th step button) - you will see a menu with the effects settings - most of the voices in this kit are sent through a drive, which is what gives the kit its unique sound - you can reduce the d/w (dry /wet) level, change the type of drive, as well as on the second page of the effects (to which you can navigate using the DATA encoder), you can change the effect amount, colour, tone and volume. You will notice, however, that it won't sound anything like what it did before, as the main characteristic of this kit is how heavily it is overdriven (it was designed to sound rather violent, hence the name)
