FAQ
I performed a factory reset and all of the default patches are gone, how do I get them back?
Download the default backup file above.
Enter the System menu and scroll down until you see USB BACKUP. In USB BACKUP mode, you can back up all current patches of the Echolocator (only patches and their order, not settings). Connect the Echolocator to your computer via a USB cable and push the DATA encoder to begin. The Echolocator will appear as an external drive on your computer – open it and you will see a directory with a single backup.elb file – replace it with the the default_backup.elb to install the default patches. Eject the Echolocator on your computer and press the back button on the Echolocator. Once you go back to the patch menu, you will see the default patches again.
