We take no responsibility over units lost during transit, for this reason we
highly recommend sending it via a courier service that offers shipment tracking
(UPS/ FedEx/DHL)
Once we have received and inspected your unit, we will reach out to you.
We also issue return shipping labels depending on the situation, we will
evaluate each request individually
