Note that direct exchanges are not possible; you must complete a return and place a new order. All products purchased from the Erica Synths web shop or authorized retailers are covered by a 2-year warranty starting from the date you received the product. This warranty covers manufacturing faults. If the product was bought from a retailer, please contact them first. Defects resulting from incorrect handling, improper setup (e.g., reverse polarity power, static damage, liquid damage) and second-hand units are not covered by warranty. Out-of-warranty repairs will be subject to a repair fee, which is a minimum of 50 EUR/h plus parts and shipping and a quote will always be agreed upon with you prior to any repair work starting.
