The sound is clean, modern, punchy and detailed thanks to the unit running at 96kHz — quite different to some low bit-rate wavetable oscillators on the market. Wavetable interpolation is smooth as butter and with the built-in effects you can dirty things up in many different ways. The module scores highly on the sound front. The Graphic VCO is a very capable oscillator module with excellent sound quality and a lot of features that could make it the right choice, especially if live performance is your thing. - Sound On Sound
The bottom line is that the Graphic VCO is a joy to use. It’s a module that’s unashamedly digital, yet unmistakably eurorack. I think Erica showed a great deal of careful judgement and restraint in the design of this module. It would have been easy to have made it bloated and cumbersome trying to cram as many features as possible into it, but they kept it fairly simple which keeps the module fun and immediate in use. It’s capable of a huge tonal palette ranging from beautiful to brutal that is bound to fit in with a lot of different styles and systems. - Ask Audio

One of the greatest music producer of our times - Randall Dunn recently wrote a little piece about sounds he love. He says: “We were both pretty hungry in Michigan in the 80's looking for new sounds and music. The Google Chrome firmware upgrader doesn't work - how do I update my module?
You can download the standalone version of the firmware upgrader for Windows/Mac from this very page - scroll up and you will find download links.
My Graphic VCO’s 1V/Oct input is not tracking incoming CV signals correctly, it tracks only the highest notes from the sequencer/keyboard, but sounds which come from the VCO are pretty low. What should I do?
Please, make sure if your device’s output signal is unipolar (from 0V to +10V) because the Graphic VCO’s 1V/Oct input is intended to track only positive CV signals.
In case your device has a bipolar output signal (from -5V to +5V), we recommend you to use the Pico MScale: the upper part of this module adds +5V offset, so the signal from sequencer, which gives values from -5V to +5V for 1V/Oct, transforms into a signal which is compatible to the Graphic VCO.

If the VCO tracks notes only above C4 or higher, please, make sure that the TUNE knob is all way counter-clockwise, because this knob defines the lowest frequency you can get from the VCO.
