All products purchased from the Erica Synths web shop or authorized retailers are covered by a 2-year warranty starting from the date you received the product. This warranty covers manufacturing faults. If the product was bought from a retailer, please contact them first. Defects resulting from incorrect handling, improper setup (e.g., reverse polarity power, static damage, liquid damage) and second-hand units are not covered by warranty.
