We usually ship within 3 business days after an order is placed, if we have stock for every item of your order. Our system will warn you if something is temporary out of stock and will let you know the approximate waiting time.

Shipping cost and available methods depend on order size, value and shipping address, based on that our system will show you all available shipping methods and their cost
All provided shipping services are tracked deliveries.
We recommend to choose UPS or FedEx as reliable carriers.
NB! If you choose National Post Services, please be aware that:
- Delivery can take up to 30 days
- Tracking status update will be slower than Express forwarders
- We won't be able to answer any questions regarding delivery after the shipment leaves our warehouse
- Only the same tracking update information is available to us as to you
- You will need to contact your local National Post Office if you have any questions after the parcel leaves Latvia.
Track your order
You will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. This e-mail contains a link to the track & trace information of your parcel, provided by the carrier in charge of your shipment. Please note that it may take 24-48 hours for your tracking number to appear in the system.
Tax
Please note that you may be required to pay customs duties when the parcel arrives at the destination country. How much depends on the local law & tax regulations.
