Bonedo reviews Zen Delay

Conclusion:
The Ninja Tune Zen Delay is certainly not a delay effect for everyone. And it's not a complete reinvention. In fact, somebody could have come up with it much sooner that the world needs a compact, cool delay with a switchable multi-mode filter and saturation level and each of the component being available for use separately.
It was then devised by Matt Black (Coldcut) and Dr Walker (Air Liquide), two of the most iconic icons of electronic underground music and built by Erica Synths, the prolific synthesizer company from the former Soviet Republic of Latvia. Even if the price seems a bit daunting - you acquire a very solid, versatile multi-tool with enormous character, possibly a future classic and not least - a piece of modern pop culture.
