AS 301A Operational Amplifier

AS 301A is a general purpose operational amplifier. This amplifier offers many features which make its application nearly foolproof: overload protection on the input and output, no latch-up when the common mode range is exceeded, and freedom from oscillations and compensation with a single 30 pF capacitor.

Dual OTA AS 662

The AS662D consists of two current-controlled transconductance amplifiers OTA, each with differential inputs and a push-pull output. Both amplifiers share common supplies, but operate independently. Two buffers allows external control and gives flexibility in application.

Voltage Controlled Filter AS 3109

AS3109 is a high-performance voltage-controlled four-pole filter, pin to pin replacement of IR3109 VCF ICs found on vintage Roland synths, like Jupiter series, Juno series, SH-101, and others. The four independent sections may be interconnected to provide a wide variety of filter responses, such as low pass, high pass, bandpass, and all pass. A single input exponentially controls the frequency over greater than a 15-octave range with little control voltage feedthrough. AS3109 comes in SOIC-16 case.

Operational Transconductance Amplifier AS 3080

AS3080 is pin to pin replacement for operational transconductance amplifier (OTA) CA3080 and LM3080, found on many vintage synthesizers and DIY projects. These OTAs are notable for their excellent slew rate (50V/μs), which makes them especially useful for multiplexer and fast unity-gain voltage followers. AS3080 comes in DIP-8 and SOIC-8 packaging.

Quad Linear VCA AS 3364

The AS3364 is a quad linear voltage controlled amplifier intended for such applications as voltage controlled amplifiers, filters, and waveform generators with very few external components. AS3364 pinout allows simple replacement of AS2164 witch simplify circuit design with linear control.

AS 395H matched PNP transistor

Combining VCA1 and VCA2 provides simple stereo panning implementation. VCA3 block has additional feature – possibility of control/mixing of two input signals.
